Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Request for Cancellation and to process refunds must be emailed to the Congress secretariat at Email: aphs2025@gmail.com
  2. Cancellation after 1st March 2025 - 25% Cancellation Charges.
  3. Cancellation after 1st June 2025 - 50% Cancellation Charges.
  4. Cancellation after 1st August 2025 - 75% Cancellation Charges.
  5. No refund for the cancellation request after 1st September 2025.
  6. Registration is not transferable.
Refund Policy
  1. Refunds will be made within 90 days post Congress.
The users will abide by the cancellation policy put forth by each of these organisers and understand and acknowledge that conference managers have nothing to do with the same and holds no responsibility for the same.
